Lobster Linguine

Here’s a recipe that should come with a warning: ADDICTIVE. The amazing taste of lobster is at its best in this savoury sauce with delicious linguine... and you won't have to wear a bib to eat it!
Linguine
2 cooked lobsters cut in chunks – keep 1 tail whole for presentation
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp chili pepper
1 pat of butter
1/2 cup of lobster stock
1 tbsp pink salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1/4 cup of white wine
Parsley (stems included)
1 long green onion
Cook the linguine “al dente” and set aside

In a hot pan add all these ingredients and simmer for 3 minutes

2 tbsp olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp chili pepper
1 pat of butter
add meat of 2 lobsters (chunks)
1/2 cup of lobster stock
1 tbsp pink salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1/4 cup of white wine
1 handful of chopped parsley (stems included)
1 long green onion

incorporate cooked linguine (al dente) drizzle olive oil, mix well and garnish with the tail shell of a lobster.
